LouvreTech Services' maintenance program ensures the efficiency of natural gas compressors & process exchangers. We specialize in onsite louver maintenance services including: repair, replacement & modification of louver sections. We stock GARZO actuators/replacement parts and louver parts for most major louver manufacturers. We offer air cleaning and Dry-Ice blasting of fin-tube exchangers. Our services also include fan inspections/repairs, exhaust & custom actuation.

Louvers
Louvres are an integral part of a coolers ability to run efficiently. LouvreTech Services specializes in onsite repair, replacement and modification of louvre sections, both manual and GARZO actuated. LouvreTech carries an extensive inventory of louvre parts for most major cooler manufacturers.
Fan Repair/Replacement
LouvreTech Services has identified regular inspection and maintenance of the fan blades as a key step in your cooler maintenance program. Our process involves inspection and repair of fan bushings, tip seals and summer/winter fan pitching. If necessary, we can supply and install complete fan assemblies.
Dry Ice Blasting/Cleaning
This service is available as an alternative to air/foam/steam. When adding Dry Ice Blasting to your regular maintenance program we can effectively remove staining from bug debris and grease ensuring follow up cleaning/maintenance costs are reduced.
Bug Screens
Bug screens provide a layer of protection by reducing the amount of airborne environmental debris that enters your cooler unit. LouvreTech Services supplies soft and hard framed bug screens. We can install both removable screens and slide in screens. If necessary we can custom fabricate and install a new screen assembling if your unit does not already have one in place.
